Wedding Planning Service Options

I offer a variety of wedding packages as a guide, but I typically tailor my services to fit the unique needs of my clients. 

In our initial consult, I'll learn your thoughts for your wedding and where you are in the planning process, share more information about my services, and answer any questions you may have. Once I have a clear understanding of the services you need, I'll create a proposal customized just for you.

All packages include:

Initial consult - Unlimited telephone-email support - Etiquette and wedding protocol advice - 8 hours day of coordination

FULL SERVICE PACKAGE

Everything included in Day of Wedding Package plus months of planning and perfecting prior to the big day.

  • 6 meeting/planning sessions

  • Venue/site visit 

  • Guest list management including RSVP tracking

  • Build and manage wedding budget

  • Venue and vendor search, negotiation, management and coordination

  • Accompany client to appointments as needed

  • Projected and detailed planning timelines

  • Design floor plan layouts​ for ceremony and reception

  • Wedding design advice and execution

  • Assist with selection of bridal party attire​, wedding cake, food selection, and many other wedding details 

  • Rehearsal coordination​

  • Organize processional and recessional

  • Venue staff coordination before and during wedding day

  • Wedding day coordination (includes venue set up, vendor and décor management, transporting decorations to venue and safe return, logistical management for vendors and bridal party, payment/gratuity distribution, ensuring gifts and valuables are returned to a designated location, and ensuring venue is closed according to contract)

MONTH OF WEDDING PACKAGE

Everything is planned and it is now the month before your big day. 

It's time to handle the logistics and determine who will coordinate all of the wedding activities. I'll do just that so that you can take this precious time to relax and focus on what truly matters.

  • 4 meeting/planning sessions including venue/site visit

  • Review and assume responsibility for all vendor contracts 2 weeks prior to wedding day including confirmation of details and wedding day timing 

  • Detailed planning timeline

  • Design floor plan layouts​ for ceremony and reception

  • Rehearsal coordination​

  • Organize processional and recessional

  • Venue staff coordination before and during wedding day

  • Wedding day coordination (includes venue set up, vendor and décor management, transporting decorations to venue and safe return, logistical management for vendors and bridal party, payment/gratuity distribution, ensuring gifts and valuables are returned to a designated location, and ensuring venue is closed according to contract)

Pricing for Month of Wedding Package starts at $1500

WEEK OF WEDDING PACKAGE (1 week out)

Coordinating the day of the wedding mainly involves taking care of all the logistical details. I will ensure that all vendors are informed well in advance of each event happening throughout the day (first look, bridal party pictures, grand entrance, first dance, cake cutting, garter toss, etc). 

It will be my duty and privilege to ensure that your vision is implemented on the day of your wedding.

REHEARSAL AND DAY OF ONLY

Pricing for Rehearsal and day of Wedding Coordination Only starts at $500

*This package does not include setting up of venue, decor management or cleanup / take down at conclusion of event

Add On Items

  • Engagement/bridal showers: $150+ per party

  • Addressing wedding invitations: $100+

  • Additional hours of Wedding Day Coverage: $50/hour

  • Travel costs: estimate provided at initial consult
